Not-for-profit organisations in Luxembourg have been called on to suggest potential topics of concern in NTP associations, for a future Kitchen Table Conversation which will subsequently attempt to address these issues.

The Kitchen Table Conversation system, created by Rick Wolfe, aims to provide a "comfortable and safe environment for open communication and information sharing" where differences of opinion can be voiced and disagreement divulged. The process has already been conducted in 1,000 Conversations, covering 47 cities in 9 different countries.

This Conversation will aim to resolve issues, find opportunities for innovation and engage stakeholders in any matter related to the work performed by nonprofits. This event is being offered in conjunction with a Kitchen Table Moderator Training Program, designed by Lisa Francis-Jennings and offered through StratAffect SA, a local consulting firm.

Those with a potential issue or question to be discussed may submit them online by clicking here. Two topics will then be selected and discussed at a Kitchen Table Demonstration to be held on either 15 or 16 September 2015. Two non-profit representatives will also receive the opportunity to attend the programme free of charge, by filling out an application.

Individuals with an interest in participating independently are also able to, through online registration. Such individuals should have some form of experience in facilitation, coaching, negotiating, communication, marketing or training, in order to fully benefit from the training to be provided.
