The Park Service of the Klouschtergaart will hold a free distribution of seeds from plants traditionally grown in Luxembourg that have been grown and harvested in the gardens thanks to the dedicated work of the park team and to the particular microclimate at the foot of the Bock Rock in the Grund District.

The Klouschtergaart aims to conserve the rare plants traditionally grown in the region, helping them to establish and persist. To this end, the Park Service distributes the harvested seeds free of charge, favouring the reintroduction of traditional varieties in school and private gardens.

The next distributions will be at the Klouschtergaart, at the end of Plaetis Street in the Grund, between 11:00 and 13:00 on 17 and 31 March, and 14 and 28 April. There will also be distributions at the market on Place Guillaume II between 06:00 and 14:00 on 8 April.

In addition to planting and harvesting seeds, the City also hopes to raise awareness through guided tours and open houses for anyone interested in traditional agrobiodiversity. The next open house is between 10:00 and 18:00 on 16 June, with guided tours from 11:00 to 13:00 on 14 July, 11 August and 15 September.

Registration is not required.
