The Luxembourg Army organised information days for post-primary school students at the Military Centre in Diekirch this week.
More than 500 pupils came along to find out more about the Army, Rescue Services, city bus service, the Bridges and Roads Administration, the Grand-Ducal Police, penal establishments, the Customs and Excise Administration and the Luxembourg National Railway Company.
Alongside the information stands, students were able to discover exhibitions of military equipment and vehicles. In addition, demonstrations of the army and the canine section of the Customs and Excise Administration were offered to young people.
