Luxembourg's Caves Barnard-Massard has announced that its technical director since 1981, Freddy Sinner, Œnologue, is retiring and has been replaced by Stephan Kraemer from 1 May.

The handover was celebrated with a recent reception involving those involved in other Moselle wineries. In his speech, Hubert Clasen, CEO at Caves Barnard-Massard, highlighted the important steps initiated by himself and Freddy Sinner in his 35 years at the company - these included the reconstruction and renovation of buildings at the winery, as well as production equipment.
