The University of Luxembourg is hosting a public lecture on how we can make our energy systems more sustainable, led by Jérôme Dangerman from the Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research next Tuesday 21 March.

Examining the barriers to success, and what can be done to overcome them, the lecture -- titled "Transforming the energy system for sustainability - what does it take?" -- will introduce fundamental concepts for the understanding of complex dynamic systems in which the economy, society, technology and the natural environment inter-relate with one another.

The lecture will be held in the Bâtiment des Sciences (room BSC 0.03) at the Limpertsberg Campus, from 19:00 to 20:00. Registration is required, by email: christelle.karleskind@uni.lu.
