ADA will hold its 40th “Midi de la microfinance et de l’inclusion financière” on 5 July 2017 from 11:45 to 13:10 in the Auditorium of the Banque de Luxembourg (14 Boulevard Royal, 2449 Luxembourg).

This edition of the Midi will be held in the presence of Her Royal Highness the Grand Duchess of Luxembourg.

The conference-debate entitled ‘"Giving" to African Entrepreneurs’ will be devoted to female entrepreneurs in the Hemisphere. Topics to be discussed include professional challenges, cultural barriers, difficulties in accessing finance, but also successes and prospects for the future.

At the event, four African female speakers will share their experiences and share their vision on a key issue in Africa and Europe:

Ms Félicité Kambou, Multi-entrepreneur and Director of an agricultural cooperative in Burkina Faso;

Ms Josée Mukandinda, Director of Operations of the Microfinance Institution UFC in Rwanda;

Mrs Marèma Bao, Deputy Director-General of the Cofina Mesofinance Institution, based in the Ivory Coast;

Ms. Maimouna Gueye, Senior Head of Inclusive Finance at the African Development Bank.

The conference will be followed by a cocktail lunch.
