The Luxembourg insurance company Bâloise Assurances Luxembourg SA has announced the introduction of a new method of indemnification from 5 December 2016 in the framework of a partnership with Cactus SA in order to promote a rapid, efficient and simplified settlement mechanism for its clients.

"We are constantly optimising our services for the benefit of our customers and we believe that this new compensation option offers substantial benefits. As a result, the compensation in question will be resolved more quickly and the clients will be even more satisfied."

Through this new method of compensation, the customer will be able to avail of the whole network of Cactus and Cactus Hobbi stores and thus benefit very quickly from compensation which will then be increased by 10%! Our wide selection of items with its range of renowned brands, but also entry-level, allows all customers to find what they are looking for. A new service in line with the 'Fir Iech do' since the customer now has the choice between a "classic" compensation or the new Cactus compensation."

The modalities are simple: in case of a declaration of a claim for "electrical damage", the customer is asked if he/she wants to accept the option 'Indemnification Cactus'. After processing the file, he/she will receive a letter containing a barcode to exchange at the reception of one of the 23 points of sale of Cactus or Cactus Hobbi against a gift card of Cactus. The amount of the compensation is then increased by 10% by Cactus.
