Luxinnovation has anniounced that it is inviting interested entrepreneurs to apply for participation in the spring 2017 edition of Fit 4 Start.
The Fit 4 Start programme offers 4 months of coaching and €50,000 of early-stage funding to ICT start-ups in Luxembourg. The deadline for submitting an application is 13 February 2017.
Fit 4 Start aims to challenge challenge its participants from day 1. Will their product prototypes work when tested it with real clients? Are their business models viable in the long term? Are they able to present their ideas in a way that will attract the interest of investors?
Fit 4 Start targets ICT start-ups that are either in the process of forming a company or were incorporated in Luxembourg less than 12 months before joining the programme. Participants must have a business concept with an innovative slant and a team of at least two people. The programme offers 16 weeks of expert coaching in Lean Start-Up, a structured methodology for rapid product and service development. Participants also get free access to the co-working space of a business incubator and a grant of €50,000, to be matched by €10,000 of equity.
Fit4Start is a Luxinnovation initiative developed in collaboration with the Ministry of the Economy and in partnership with the national incubator Technoport.
