Independent Luxembourg law firm MNKS today announced that it has promoted seven staff members.

The seven employees have been appointed to various Managerial and Senior positions.

  • Sabrina Alvaro. At 31 years old, Sabrina has been appointed Senior Manager at MNKS.

A member of the Paris Bar since 2009 and of the Luxembourg Bar since 2014, Sabrina is a labour law specialist who notably focuses on social security law and international mobility. She is also a member of two associations of employment law specialists: ELSA and EELA.

Sabrina graduated with a Master’s Degree in Business Law (DJCE) from the University of Nancy. Before joining MNKS in 2010 she worked in the legal and social relationships department of Nestlé Waters Supply Est and then in the labour law department of CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre in Paris.

  • Edouard Bubenicek. At 32 years old, Edouar has been appointed Manager at MNKS.

A member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2010, he graduated with a Master’s degree in International Trade Law from the University of Nancy.

Edouard is involved in various fields of corporate law, such as corporate structuring and mergers and acquisitions.

He previously worked in Lorang & Wingerter and Meynioglu Law in Luxembourg before joining the corporate law department of MNKS in 2013.

  • Jonathan Collins. At 34 years old, Jonathan has been appointed Manager at MNKS.

Jonathan graduated with Bachelor of Civil Law degree in 2002 and a Master’s Degree in Criminal Law from the University of Cork in 2005, he entered the Roll of Solicitors of the Republic of Ireland in 2010.

He is specialised in corporate law and has gained a vast experience in mergers & acquisitions. Jonathan trained as a solicitor with LK Shields Solicitors in Dublin and worked with IFS Asset Managers Limited before joining the MNKS corporate department in 2010.

  • Aleksandra Grabarska. At 31 years old, Aleksandra has been appointed Senior at MNKS.

She is admitted to the Circuit Chamber of Legal Counsel in Warsaw and a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2014. She graduated with a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Warsaw.

Aleksandra is specialized in company law, M&A, restructuring, issues regarding real estate law and tax law. She worked with notable international and local law firms in Poland before joining MNKS in 2014.

  • Rima Guillen. At 31 years old, Rima has been appointed Senior Manager at MNKS.

A member of the Lithuanian and Luxembourg bar since 2011. She holds Master’s degree in Law from Pantheon-Assas University (Paris II) and Vilnius University (Lithuania).

Rima is an expert in IT/IP, data protection and contractual law, with particular focus on e-commerce sector.

Before joining MNKS’s Technologies & IP department in 2011 Rima previously worked in a major Lithuanian law firm, with an international law firm in Paris and for the Office for Harmonisation in the Internal Market in Spain.

  • Joanna Long. At 34 years old, Joanna Long has been appointed Senior Manager at MNKS.

A member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2013, she was also admitted in the Roll of Solicitors of the Republic of Ireland in 2008 and the Roll of Solicitors in England and Wales in 2010. She holds a Master’s degree in Civil Law from the University College of Dublin and a certificate in French Law from the University of Nancy II, France.

Joanna is specialized in corporate law, she advises a broad range of multi-national clients in a diverse range of sectors with respect of international corporate structuring projects, mergers & acquisitions, and general corporate advice.

Before joining MNKS Corporate department in 2010, Joanna started her legal career as a litigation associate in a Dublin law firm specialising in insurance litigation and commercial law. She also worked in Brussels on a European Commission’s project.

  • Anne-Laure Wach. At 27 years old, Anne-Laure has been appointed at MNKS.

A member of the Paris Bar and the Luxembourg Bar since 2014, she holds a Master’s Degree in Social Law from the University of Strasbourg.

Anne-Laure previously completed internships in different law firms in Strasbourg, Vancouver and Luxembourg, as well as within MNKS. She also worked in a Labour Law firm in Luxembourg before joining MNKS’ employment law and dispute resolution departments in 2014.
