Ogier law firm in Luxembourg has announced that 25 year-old Sandra Mohand-Oussaid has joined the firm as Associate.
Sandra advises private equity and real estate clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial transactions including international M&A, joint ventures, corporate restructuring as well as on general tax matters.
Before joining Ogier in 2016, Sandra worked in the Luxembourg office of a global elite firm and in a leading Luxembourg law firm.
Sandra holds a Master 1 in European Business Law from the University of Aix-Marseille III – Paul Cézanne (France) and the University of Luxembourg and a Master 2 in European and International Tax Law (LL.M) from the University of Luxembourg.
She was admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in 2015. Sandra is fluent in French and English.
