Eaglestone has launched its second major project in Luxembourg with the development of the residential building G-FORTY in the capital.

The land developer Eaglestone, which arrived in the Grand Duchy in 2015, has launched a project for the development of an apartment building to be situated at the heart of Luxembourg City, on 38-44 rue Goethe.

The new residential building will house twenty apartments between 45m2 and 140m2, two office spaces and 31 underground parking spaces. Overall, the building will count for 2,000m2.

The land developer decided to create high-end housing which responds to the demands of a very expectant clientele. The project was conceived by the renowned M3 architectes, who know how to create a refined, contemporary and timeless profile for the residence. The white façade is to be bright just like all of the apartments which have large windowed surfaces.

The building was sold to Eaglestone by an international group and the final project value is around €25,000,000. Eaglestone expects to welcome the first residents in the summer of 2019, with building set to commence at the start of 2018 at the latest.

This is Eaglestone’s second project. The first, Steinfort Parc, which has already sold at 75%, combines six businesses with 22 apartments at the heart of Steinfort.
