On Thursday, Tailora presented an augmented reality presentation at the Cloché d’Or of their new real estate augmented reality project.

This is a new way, more modern and more detailed, to visit a building, to project into a home or offices even before the work begins, according to Tailora. The idea behind such augmented reality applications is to allow the user to immerse themselves in the heart of a real estate project and to discover in an interactive way all the assets of an operation thanks to several virtual immersion technologies: reality that is both augmented and virtual.

In a few clicks through a mobile device, it is possible to live an amazing virtual experience allowing an immersion around the project in order to grasp all its architectural characteristics, to understand its implantation in its environment or to make an internal visit of each part of the building.

In Luxembourg, Tailora intends to lead the way towards a digitisation of the real estate market.

The goal is to provide a turnkey solution adapted to all real estate players in order to offer their partners a real digital experience thanks to a qualitative, interactive virtual projection of their projects. This digital shift is ensured by Tailora which accompanies each of its customers in the implementation of its new means in the strategy of marketing and communication.

Tailora developed the initiative in Luxembourg with the support of Belair House, JLL (Jones Lang LaSalle), INOWAI and CBRE.
