Regus, the largest provider of flexible workspaces in the world, and lux-Airport have signed an agreement to implement a Regus Express Business Centre at Luxembourg Airport.

Under this agreement, Regus will provide meeting rooms, private offices, a business lounge, a co-working space, all in a full service concept and available for a few hours, for a day and also longer-term. All rooms will feature the latest technology including flat screen TVs for presentations, LCD projectors and video-conferencing facilities. Administrative services and catering will also be available.

The meeting rooms will cater for small or large groups and a flexible wall system will allow the creation of a very large meeting room for press conferences or presentations to larger audiences. Telecommunication equipment, data connections and printing facilities will be to the latest standards, and energy-efficient lighting will be installed throughout the facility.
The new Luxembourg Airport Regus Express Centre will be located on the first floor in the terminal, close to the new restaurant area. Construction works to transform this area will start in the next few weeks. The opening is planned for the beginning of 2017.

Philippe Canu, Country Manager of Regus Luxembourg stated: "Business travellers are increasingly mobile and flexible, and demand for work space and professional meetings in trade areas such as train stations or airports is growing. The opening of the Regus Express Centre at the fast growing Luxembourg Airport, will allow passengers to stay productive while working from the business lounge, private offices. The centre will provide the opportunity for local and international companies to organize meetings, presentations and press conferences in fully equipped meeting rooms, with a beautiful view on the tarmac.”

Johan Vanneste, CEO of lux-Airport said: “The Regus Express Centre is a fantastic addition to our airport and the services it already offers to business passengers, such as great parking facilities, airline lounge, free Wi-Fi, VIP-Services and the beautiful Oberweis restaurant for business lunch. The Regus Express Centre in combination with these services and short ways at our airport will allow business passengers to make use of their valuable time in the most efficient way possible. It also offers more flexibility for aviation companies who do not have a permanent representation in Luxembourg to work at the airport for just a few days.”
