PwC Luxembourg’s annual report has shown that the company has experienced responsible growth in all its sectors, namely due to the success of its long-term investment strategy.

The firm, which is the 6th largest private employer in Luxembourg, has revealed a turnover increase of 11% to €374,000,000 by 30 June 2016, as it continues to invest significantly in its employees, clients and new client services, and the latest technologies. All of PwC’s main business sectors - insurance, advisory and tax - have experienced an increase in revenue growth.
Moreover, the company reported having 2,700 employees in Luxembourg and this year recruited 925 new people from various backgrounds.

The CEO of PwC Luxembourg, John Parkhouse, has credited this double-figure growth to “both the continued success of our people and our solutions in the market today, but also the ongoing robustness of Luxembourg’s business environment.”

PwC Luxembourg’s growth is also closely linked to the government’s nation branding campaign, which is important in attracting potential employees to the Grand Duchy and in turn, supports growth in the country.
