Luxembourg’s summer is already heating up with an impressive series of live music events, theatre and street art shows, exhibitions, markets, open air shows and popular festivals in the capital, starting with this weekend’s Fête de la Musique.

‘Summer in the City’ is a programme aimed at creating synergies between cultural, tourist and institutional organisers of the capital. All events labelled ‘Summer in the City’ are the result of a close and friendly collaboration between various players in the capital and many institutional and private partners. Most events take place in public locations and, with a few exceptions, offer free admission.
