La Belle Etoile invites the public to its exhibition on the works of Luxembourgish cartoonists and caricaturists which will last until 29 July 2017.
The shopping centre has organised the exhibition on caricatures and cartoons in collaboration with the association CartoonArt.lu and Florin Balaban, initiator of the Caricature and Cartoon Fair in Vianden.
The exhibition offers a selection of humorous works by 31 artists who contributed to the book Humoristic Luxembourg. This book is produced and edited by CartoonArt.lu, a Luxembourg association for the promotion of comic books, and will be on sale during the exhibition at the price of €35.
La Belle Etoile will exhibit the caricatures presented at 10th Caricature and Cartoon Show in Vianden, which was devoted to the bee with the theme “Bee Happy”, a humorous little sting exploited with finesse by the artists. The catalogue of the works will be on sale at the Information desk at the price of €23.
The exhibition also pays a small tribute to two late cartoonists, Roger Leiner and François Didier, who died last year.
