Mystery drama, 105 mins, 12+

Maureen Cartwright (Kristen Stewart) works as a personal shopper to celebrities in Paris. Her brother, a medium, died just three months earlier and Maureen is still grieving. She is brought by her friend and her brother Lucas' financé, Lara (Sigrid Bouaziz), to his house where she tries to make contact with his spirit.

Meanwhile, her clients have her busy, zipping around Paris on her scooter to collect clothes and accessories from Cartier and various fashion houses. Then she starts to receive strange text messages on her phone from an unknown number; is it he brother trying to communicate with her? Is it some weirdo grooming her for an assault? And then there is her boyfriend in Oman for work; they talk via Skype and he tries to persuade her to visit him there as she is clearly unhappy in Paris.

The audience is introduced to various characters and brought on a journey without really understanding where they may be headed - is it a ghost story with Lucas' spirit haunting them? Is the real story within the Paris fashion world? Is she being stalked and something terrible is about to happen to her? Or is there someting else going on regarding her boyfriend that we have not yet been told? Just as we think we may know, something terrible happens to link all three storylines together. And how will Maureen survive?

The director creates a slow-moving drama with supernatural overtones and introduces the various characters, but Maureen's (and to a certain extent Lara's) are the only ones to be really developed in depth.Did she really experience a ghostly apparition, or was it all in her mind? Is Maureen the one who really needs help? The director mixes a blend of supernatural and psychological in the mystery drama, the balance of which can be very tricky to achieve.
