On Saturday 1 April 2017, the Centre des Arts Pluriels Ettelbruck (CAPE) will host the show “Echoa”, which combines dance with percussion; the show will begin at 16:00.

At the beginning of next month, two dancers (Emmanuelle Gouiard, Thomas Guerry) and two percussionists (Camille Rocailleux, Mathieu Ben Hassen) of the Compagnie Arcosm will take to the stage of the CAPE to exhibit and exchange their similarities, combining body and sound.

Echoa aims to sharpen the musicality of dance and to emphasize the choreography of music. Indeed, music and choreography have evolved together, both of which have been provoked to find their own poetic transpositions.

Founded in Lyon in 2001, the company Arcosm is co-directed by dancer and choreographer Thomas Guerry, and percussionist, pianist and composer Camille Rocailleux. Together they aim to research the bridges between different disciplines and artistic languages.

Members of the public of all ages are welcome to attend the Echoa show, which will last 52 minutes.

Tickets cost 16 or 8 for those under 26 years old.

Reservations should be made online at: www.cape.lu or www.caku.lu, or tel.: 2681 2681.
