Den Atelier has announced that for the very first time, the Luxembourg Philharmonic Orchestra (OPL) will perform music from the first Harry Potter film on Saturday 28 and Sunday 29 October 2017 at the Rockhal.

For the first time in Luxembourg, audiences will have the opportunity to experience a symphony orchestra of the Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone™ soundtrack, with the OPL performing all the songs from the film late next year. The shows will feature the OPL giving a life performance to bring the magic of the film to life in high-definition on a 40-foot screen while hearing the orchestra perform award-winning film composer and Oscar winner John Williams’ score.

This concert is the first in the new Harry Potter Film Concert Series, a new global concert tour celebrating the film franchise, which was announced by CineConcerts and Warner Bros. Consumer Products earlier this year.

CineConcerts is one of the leading producers of live music experiences performed with visual media. Founded by producer/conductor Justin Freer and producer/writer Brady Beaubien, CineConcerts has engaged millions of people worldwide in concert presentations that redefine the evolution of live experience. Recent and current live concert experiences include Gladiator and The Godfather, among many others.

Tickets for the first Harry Potter concerts are currently on sale.
