This summer, Luxembourg jazz musician Pascal Schumacher will be performing compositions from his latest solo album "Left Tokyo Right" around Europe.
First, Pascal Schumacher will be at the North Sea Jazz Festival in Rotterdam on 10 July, before performing at the Reykjavik's Intl Jazz festival on 11 August. He will then head to Belgium for the Middelheim Jazz Festival on 12 August and the Gaume Jazz Festival the following day, before finishing up at the Helsinki Festival on 23 August.
For the latter festival, he will join Finnish trumpeter Verneri Pohjola for an ELECTROVENTURE, a Finnish-Luxembourgish jazz evening. The co-operative project between the two musicians draws on the broad range of the electronic sound world. The line-uo will be completed by Mikko Perkola on the viola da gamba and Samuli Kosminen on the drums.
