The third edition of the Luxembourg Jazz Meeting will take place from Friday 25 to Sunday 27 November 2016 at Abbaye de Neumünster in Luxembourg-Grund, organised in conjuction with music:LX, Luxembourg's music export board.

This upcoming edition will feature major artists from the Luxembourgish Jazz scene such as the Reis-Demuth-Wiltgen trio, Sascha Ley & Laurent Payfert, Dock In Absolute, Pascal Schumacher presenting his new project in collaboration with Maxime Delpierre, Pol Belardi’s Force with the guitarist Riaz Khabirpour as a special guest, Michel Pilz, Georg Ruby, Daniel 'D-Flat' Weber, Elodie Brochier for Rimbaud #4, Jeff Herr Corporation, Pit Dahm Trio and Maxime Bender Universal Sky, as well as international ‘friends’, with Auguste Quartet (Quebec) and Andreas Rodosthenous Trio, featuring Andreas Polyzogopoulos (Cyprus), within the framework of artists exchanges.

The main goal of the Luxembourg Jazz Meeting remains to present the country's jazz scene to music professionals (festivals, labels, booking agencies, international medias…) and to give Luxembourgish artists the opportunity to have a business contact with them. Around a hundred worldwide professionals will be attending the event, such as artistic directors from Tokyo Jazz Festival (JP), Jarasum Jazz Festival (KO), Penang Jazz Festival (MY), Hong Kong Jazz Festival (CN), Paris Jazz Festival, Jazz à Oloron (FR), Jazz En Rafale (CA), Red Sea Jazz Festival (IL), Sarajevo Jazz Festival (BA), among others.
