Mutiny On The Bounty and No Metal In This Battle will be headlining the next ‘Luxembourg Sounds Like…’ evenings on 25 and 26 June in Cologne and Hamburg, Germany, organised by Music:LX, and aimed at promoting Luxembourg’s music scene abroad.

Important German magazine, ‘Visions’, a Holy Grail of alternative music aficionados will present groovy, rhythmic math-rock group Mutiny On The Bounty and afro-beat post-punk rock quartet No Metal In This Battle on two of Germany’s most prestigious venues, Underground (Cologne) and Molotow (Hamburg).

This will be a momentous occasion for Mutiny On The Bounty to present their third album ‘Digital Tropics’ to the German public. The official album release is set for tomorrow, 22 May at Redfield Records (for Europe) and 26 May at Small Pond Recordings (UK), as well as sometime in August (Japan) and 29 September (France). Other dates on the calendar include four performances at the renowned Primavera Sound Festival in Barcelona from 27 to 29 May, a show at Bootleg in Bordeaux 30 May, at the Le Jardin du Michel Festival in Bulligny 5 June, at Inside Out in Liège on 21 June, back home in Luxembourg at Rock-a-Field on 5 July, and finally at the big ArcTanGent festival in Somerset, UK on 20 August.

Meanwhile, for No Metal In This Battle, the performances in Germany will be their opportunity to showcase their second EP ‘Ours’, which has drawn the attention of numerous media outlets, namely musical platform Bandcamp, which has placed them on their weekly playlist.  They too, will have a filled-out summer agenda, starting with an appearance at the Czech Republic’s biggets festival, Rock For People on 5 July, then at jazz festival, im Goethe-Garden on 10 July in Lisbon, as well as at the Galapagai Festival in Lithuania on 25 July. No Metal In This Battle will also hold three big concerts in Luxembourg – 13 June for the opening of the Rotondes, 19 June at Rockhal for the Proufsall Session and then 20 June at the Fête de la Musique in Dudelange.
