On Friday 25 September, the second edition of the Rockzilla rock and indie festival will take place at Rockbox on the Rives de Clausen, featuring bands from Luxembourg and the Greater Region.

The Rockzilla festival was started by The Song Remains the Same, an association aimed at promoting and supporting Luxembourg's rock and indie scene by organising various events and creating a contact network between different bands within this genre.

The first edition of the festival took place on 23 January 2015 and feature five bands from the Grand Duchy and its neighbouring countries, including Luxembourgish group The Filthy Broke Billionaires and German band Noir Reva.

Eight months later the festival will return to Rockbox, to offer performances from 'Lost in Pain' (LUX); 'The Barcodes' (LUX); 'Plainride' (GER); 'Scavenger' (FRE); and 'Radio 911' (BEL). The second festival forms part of the plan of The Song Remains the Same to continually develop the rock and indie scene in Luxembourg, a project which also includes the organisation of a future big open-air festival within the next three years as well as further editions of Rockzilla.

Entrance costs €9 pre-sale, €12 through box-office. For more information, click here.
