In honour of Luxembourg rock'n'roll icon Luke "Luss" Haas, who passed away in December 2015, the late singer-songwriter's daughter, Gilberte (his first wife) and long-time friends will be holding a special concert at the Rockhal on Saturday 11 June 2016.

Born in 1949 in Esch-sur-Alzette with rock'n'roll in his blood, Luke Haas became an active musican and artist in the late 50's. He went on to release multiple albums and singles with the Luke Haas Gang and has played in bands from The Mysteries to The Outlaws and Cool Breeze, then Midlife Crisis and New Blood and more. In addition to his beloved music, Luke Haas made a name for himself as a painter and artist, publishing the "Luxemburger Rocklexikon", the "Luxemburger Rockstory" and "Comics (aus und über) Luxemburg". The Luxembourg talent passed away in in December 2015 at the age of 66.

Now his achievements will be recognised and celebrated with a show featuring Pol Milbert on keys; Dan Thurmes on bass; guitarists Ady Zeimet and Remo Cavallini; and Serge Kieffer on drums. The special guest for the evening will be guitarist Willy Pultz, with special vocals from Andrea Galetti, Schocker, baba Pintsch, Lord English, Lisa Mariotto, Simone Lebrun and his daughter Natalie Haas.

Doors will open at 20:00 with the show to begin at 20:30. Tickets cost €15, to be paid at the door. Proceeds will be donated to charity. For more information, click here.
