The 14th season of the Deutschland sucht den Superstar (DSDS) casting show in Cologne featured 17 year-old Kelly Decker from Colmar-Berg in northern Luxembourg.
The young Luxembourg national did not expect such reaction from the four jurors who praised the talent of the singer after she sange "When we were young" by Adele. "That was a great feeling to get such compliments from Dieter Bohlen" enthused Kelly Decker. "You have such a clear voice" celebrated HP Baxter on Kelly's appearance. "You have set the bar high, a great compliment," Dieter Bohlen described the performance of Kelly Decker. She is now through to the next round of the contest entitled "Recall".
At the Attilas in Ettelbrück, the 17-year-old singer celebrated her television appearance along with 50 friends and fans, as well as with her music colleagues from Red Lion Entertainment and her band CHAKAS. In a small concert on the occasion of her celebration, she again demonstrated why currently she is one of the top emerging talents in Luxembourg.
Also premiered was the video of their new single "Broken Love" together with Thierry Mersch, who could not be there because of a hospital stay.
From 27 January 2017 the new single of Kelly Decker and Thierry Mersch will be available in all online shops for download.
