On Monday 11 April 2016, the spring/summer component of Luxembourg City's 'Sports pour Tous' (Sports for All) programme will begin, consisting of more than 150 classes in a variety of settings and spanning all ages.

The youth programme will comprise over 20 activities, including team sports such as volleyball or indoor football, as well as sports focusing on the individual such as skateboarding, aikido, archery, Zumba, break-dancing and jogging.

Meanwhile, classes for adults will be focused on fitness in various forms, gymnastics, jogging for all levels and aquatic activities such as hydrogym. Individuals aged 55 and over will be able to choose from among forty activities adapted to their demographic, including Nordic walking, fitness, soft gym and weight training, stretching, and dance for seniors.

The spring/summer 2016 programme will also include new outdoor activities such as beach volleyball and football for the young; hiking and cycling on the road, beach volleyball, golf initiation at Kockelscheuer's Luxembourg Golf Center, golf classes for beginners and advanced at the Golf and Country Club Christnach, taijiquan and qigong for adults; and regular and Nordic walking, boules and bocce, taijiquan, qigong, golf introduction and refresher, soft and advanced hiking, cycling and kayak rides for seniors.
