Communications company Tango is expanding the reach of its internet services delivered by fibre optic networks, previously only available in Luxembourg’s large towns, with no or little change in price.

"This launch marks a first important step in the deployment of our new offerings. It is the realisation of many months of work of our technical teams to boost our fixed Internet network and to have greater control over it in order to extend the Tango experience all the way into the home, for fixed Internet and TV," said Jean-François Willame, Tango's managing director.

The change in technology means users can avail of connection speed of 150 MBps, 300 MBps, and up to 1,000 MBps, with unlimited download volumes, with no impact on prices. Tango say they have developed their offers in such a way as to keep a speed/price ratio that always works out in favour of the customer.

The company has also extended its installation schedule to 19:00 on weekdays and all day on Saturdays. Customers also have the option of being connected from day one with a 4G modem and 70 GB of mobile data thrown in until the installation date.
