During their traditional general assembly on 22 March, Fraen a Mammen Differdange-Fousbann welcomed Alexandra Oxacelay, director of Stëmm vun der Strooss, to present her with a cheque of €500 to support the organisation’s work.
President Netty Kuffer presented the donation, saying that the money was the result of numerous events organised by all the members of the Differdange-Foussbann section during the previous year.
Although winter is over, Stëmm vun der Strooss continues to respond to the needs of the large numbers of disadvantaged people who come for lunch in its social restaurants located in Hollerich and Esch-sur-Alzette.
