On Thursday last, Bofferding brewery welcomed officials and members of the Association of Veterans of Grund (Amicale des Anciens du Grund / Déi aal Grönnesch) for a tour of its facilities in Bascharage.
This association, founded in 1966 and planning to celebrates its fiftieth anniversary next year, includes enthusiasts who are natives of the Pulvermühle or Grund suburbs of Luxembourg city. The Association has no fewer than 65 members who meet once a year to rehash "the good old days and all the old stories specific to the Grund", confirmed by François Bofferding.
The event was also an opportunity to meet the management of Bofferding, particularly to discover the new brewery tour circuit: the investments made in recent years only confirms its desire to welcome visitors in the best conditions and offer them a real experience. They also learnt about the very high level of technology of the Brasserie which is essential to the quality of its beer. They also acknowledged the professionalism that dominates the entire manufacturing process of Bofferding beer.
