The Irish Club of Luxembourg (ICL) will be holding its annual Charity Ball at the Le Sud restaurant in Luxembourg-Clausen on Saturday 18 June 2016 from 19:30.
Following on from previous year's themes of Diamonds & Pearls, Emerald, Silver, Hollywood Glamour, etc., this year's theme will be All That Jazz.
The evening will commence with a terrace reception including canapés, followed by a 4-course dinner and a charity tombola, before dancing until 3am along with DJ Paul Simpson.
This year the ICL has selected ‘Novas’, an Irish charity which works with people who are homeless, at risk of homelessness and those who are socially marginalised in Irish society; they have more than 20 services in Limerick, Clare, Cork, Kerry and Dublin; and it will again be supporting ‘Stemm vun der Strooss’, a Luxembourgish charity which encourages the social and professional integration of underprivileged but also discriminated individuals.
