In recognition of Memorial Day 2016, the U.S. Embassy in Luxembourg and the American Battle Monuments Commission will be holding a ceremony at the Luxembourg American Military Cemetery & Memorial in Hamm this Saturday 28 May 2016.

The Official Party will include U.S. Ambassador to Luxembourg, David McKean; His Excellency Mr. Lucien Weiler, Marshall of the Court; Simon Beissel, Vice-President of the Chamber of Deputies; Félix Braz, Minister of Justice; LTG. Timothy M. Ray, Commander of the 3rd Air Force Ramstein Air Base Germany, representing the U.S. Armed Forces; and General Romain Macinelli, Chief of Staff of the Luxembourg Army.

The ceremony is open to the public and will begin promptly at 14:00. Due to limited parking, visitors are advised to arrive early.
