The Centre de Documentation et d'Information sur l'Enseignement Supérieur (CEDIES) today confirmed that as of 6 August 2015 it will be welcoming students at a new address.

As was initially reported in conjunction with the announcement earlier this month that CEDIES would be going digital, the association will remain in Luxembourg City but will be relocating from 209, Route d'Esch to 18-20, Montée de la Pétrusse. In this way, the Ministry of Higher Education and Research will be able to assemble various sectors of the Ministry of Education, Children and Youth at the same address, including the financial aid service for students; the information and documentation for higher education service; the service for the registations and approval of higher education diplomas; and the service for the recognition of diplomas and the validation of acquired professional experience.

This collection will be reportedly be easier to access due to its location near the Gare Centrale in Luxembourg City and it is hoped that it will create synergy between separate entities, improve business processes and make life easier for its users.

CEDIES has also reminded the public that the CEDIES electronic request form for financial support will be available from 1 August 2015 via the Guichet.lu portal.
