The Automobile Club Luxembourg (ACL) has announced that the new motorway toll stickers (vignettes) for use in Switzerland and Austria will be on sale in their offices from Thursday 1 December.
Regarding Austria, from now on it is obligatory to pay €86.40 for the annual sticker and €25.90 for one that is valid for two months. The price of one for 10 days has risen to €8.90. For motorcycles, the tariffs are as follows: €13.00 for two months and €5.10 for 10 days.
For the third consecutive year, the price of the Swiss motorway toll sticker remains unchanged at €38.50. The same price applies to motorcycles.
The annual motorway stickers for both Austria and Switwerland are valid for 14 months, from 1 December 2016 to 31 January 2018. Please note that the annual stickers from 2016 will be valid until 31 January 2017.
