Anxious to promote eco-mobility in Luxembourg, Enovos and City Mov' have integrated 15 of the newest BMW i3 electric cars into their fleets.

Twelve cars will be distributed on the various municipalities that are part of the City Mov' network, and three cars will be integrated in the fleet of vehicles of Enovos and will be used for the employees for professional journeys. The vehicle reception took place in the presence of representatives of Enovos, City Mov' and their partners BMW Belux and the BMW Bilia-Emond Luxembourg concession as well as Arval, specialist in long-term leasing of corporate vehicles in Luxembourg.

The new BMW i3 has a much shorter charging time and is equipped with a range extender which allows a range of up to 410 kilometers (NEDC). They combine state-of-the-art technology in terms of sustainable development and renewable energies with BMW's technological know-how and performance while adding flexibility and increased autonomy.

The City Mov' car-bike sharing solution is available in six municipalities in the Grand Duchy (Bettendorf, Diekirch, Ettelbruck, Schieren, Colmar-Berg and Hesperange). City Mov' offers intelligent, automated, real-time fleet management and 24-hour support, 7 days/week. The energy supply is made from mobistrum green electricity, from 100% renewable sources.

The new vehicles will offer better comfort and increased performance to the users of the City Mov' system, while respecting the idea of ​​sustainable development and offering a real ecological alternative in terms of individual mobility.
