On Friday afternoon, the Summer School of BGL BNP Paribas held their final at the bank's headquarters in Luxembourg-Kirchberg.

A total of 32 secondary school pupils, aspiring entrepreneurs, representing 16 schools and 9 different nationalities, took part in this 5th edition of the Summer School.

The two-week Summer School started on Monday 18 July 2016 and is is an integral part of lux future lab, which aims to impact the country's economic and social dynamics by emphasising entrepreneurship and training. Over the two-week period, the students met with innovative entrepreneurs, committed non-profit organisations and experienced tradespeople – professionals that stand apart through their original approaches and a true passion for their work. The purpose of the programme is to give young participants the desire, at a decisive moment in their education, to take their future into their own hands by opening up new perspectives and conveying the message, “Love what you do, and do it well!” Each day of the Summer School was organised around a specific subject.

The concept was that each team had to create a recipient made 100% of Tyvek. Julie Conrad, designer, help them during the two weeks to create these objects, while Françoise Bisteur, creativity trainer, helped them to develop their creativity. Those workshops were hosted by the SNJ (Laura Urhausen) at the Forum Geesseknäppchen.
