Luxembourg's Ministry of Sustainable Development and Infrastructure ha announced that the second phase of tree felling in Limpertsberg, due to the preparatory works for the extension to the Lycée Technique du Centre, will take place from 2 - 6 January 2017.
The extension of the school is to incorporate the construction of sports facilities and catering facilities at the Lycée technique du Center, on the rue Nicolas Liez.
The loss of the felled trees will be compensated by the planting of trees of the same varieties and circumference in the framework of the construction project.
