After opening his new specialised shop, Andy Schleck Cycles, last month, the 2010 Tour de France winner is inviting the public to explore the premises and all they have to offer during two Open Days to be held on Saturday 5 and Sunday 6 March 2016.

The shop was opened on 5 February, with Andy Schleck's wife, Jil Delvaux, and his stepfather, Jeannot Delvaux, assisting in the management of the store. Four additional employees complete the team running of Andy Schleck Cycles, covering a space of nearly 800 m2 across three floors.

The shop, at N°2 Rue des Prés in Itzig, representing self-selected brands from Trek, Cervélo, Focus, Electra and Early Rider to Woom, Bontrager, Craft, Assos and Castelli. The available stock ranges in price categories, and offers extend further than merely bicycles.

As part of the official opening, visitors will be able to find out information firsthand and in detail on Saturday and Sunday, for example on partial payment options for buying a bike, bicycle maintenance performed at the built-in workshop, tailored advice as part of the 'Precision Fit' programme and the range of clothing and equipment, which includes a complete range for children and teenages.

The Open Days will take place 14:00-18:00 on Saturday 5 March and 11:00-18:00 on Sunday 6 March 2016. A shuttle will be organised from the car park at Holleschbierg in Hesperange to the shop in Itzig.
