From 23 April to 1 May 2016, more than 300 exhibitors will be setting out stalls across a 30,000 m2 space at Luxembourg-Kirchberg's LuxExpo for La Foire du Printemps ('Spring Fair') 2016.

This year's Foire will be comprised of nine days of discovery, innovation, launches, reduced prices, games, contests and entertainment for the whole family. Find all the information you need below:

Novelties:

The Foire de Printemps will now be offering a free 'expo-shuttle' bringing visitors from over 60 stops across the country directly to the fair entrance over the two weekends. To look at routes and schedules, click here.

Lët'z Go Local, the Luxembourg community offering local products, designs and services, will be installing its PopUp Village on 29 and 30 April and 1 May 2016, providing over 60 partners, activities, Food Trucks and extra surprises.

44 wines selected by Luxembourg experts will be offered as complimentary tasting on the Square des Grands Vins et Crémants du Luxembourg, guided by a sommelier, whilst 528 bottles from this selection will be up for grabs as part of the winemakers' contest, with the chance of winning a trip to the Stade de France as a nod to the EURO 2016 taking place this summer in the country.

Shopping:

The Foire de Printemps represents the largest temporary shopping centre in the Greater Region dedicated to spring: food and beverage; garden and landscaping; outdoor and pool activities; High-Tech, tableware and oenology; kitchen and home applicances; mobility; decorating; DIY and leisure; beauty; health and fashion; and services. Entertainment:

As part of the Spring Kitchen, Top Chef semi-finalist Thomas Murer will be honoured as a culinary star and on 27 April will be dishing out food for the first 24 to register on the website. Anne Faber of Anne's Kitchen will also be donning an apron to offer a "trendy cooking session" in collaboration with the Luxembourg Food Academy, whilst Nabil Berrahmane, 2012 world champion in pizza acrobatics, will unveil his tricks. Gin and whisky lovers will also be catered to with a special Foire de Printemps tastings selection.

Regarding fashion and beauty, professionals will be on-hand to provide advice, offering make-overs, photo shoots, personal shopping and reflexology. Those looking to take the skies for some fresh air can do so in the big wheel, or in rest areas, gardens and picnic areas.

Spring Lab 2.0 will offer Electrolux Design Lab, an exhibition of prototypes and new technologies of the 2015 winners, interactive gaming with an individualised avatar on a giant screen, football activities and virtual shooting.

Grand Prize Draw:

Members have the public of winning a trip to Paris for the EURO 2016, 4x2 tickets to a game at the Stade de France, one night at a hotel and a return TGV trip by answering the question:

In which country will EURO 2016 be held?

Answer either Luxembourg, France or Germany by downloading your free ticket at www.printemps.lu, circling the correct answer, completing the entry form and dropping it in the ballot box located at the Enovos booth in hall 9 at the Foire.

Eateries:

The Brasserie des 5 Continents offers five cultures through five suggestions, inviting visitors on a culinary trip around the world discovering typical dishes accompanied by local wines such as kangaroo fillet and T-bone steak.

As the name suggests, Lëtzebuerger Stuff is everything Grand Duchy, with dishes labelled 'Sou Schmaacht Lëtzebuerg' such as baked potato and country ham, accompanied by favourites of Luxembourg winemakers.

Green & Fresh Café will be the place to go for a healthy and balanced meal with a salad bar, spring soups, smoothies and fresh juices all on the menu.

Those wishing to kick back and snack in the Parc de Printemps can do so at the Kiosque, enjorying a pasta box, grillwurst or a croque monsieur, whilst the Burger-Bar will serve the culinary highlight of the Foire de Printemps, the original 'Spring-Burger', made from 100% Luxembourg products and served with fries.
