On Monday 5 September 2016 the annual “Braderie” event will take place in Luxembourg city from 08:00 until 19:00.
This will be the biggest “Braderie” of the year in the Grand Duchy and will take place on Kiermessmeindeg, the traditional Monday fair. The Braderie entails that shops will have great deals, such as reduced prices, and there will be food and fun games. Many shops will sell their wares from outside their stores, as well as inside, accompanied by various attractions, including music.
The Braderie event will see the train station district and the city centre be turned into pedestrian zones. Visitors are also encouraged to try out the traditional Luxembourgish Gromperekichelcher or Grillwurst accompanied by a glass of Kippchen (glass of Luxembourgish champagne)…
