As part of the "En Dag an der Natur" campaign, the Natural Heritage Service and the Conservatoire of the City of Luxembourg will be holding a "Concert am Bambësch" on Sunday 3 July 2016.

The concert, to be held at Réidrank, will be for the whole family and will feature various instrumental ensembles from the Conservatoire as well as the Harmonie municipale Rollingergrund.

The programme will involve a concert-aperitif with the Harmonie municipale Rollingergrund, a performance with a digital percussion collection under the direction of Emmanuel Baudry, the Marching Band under the direction of Paul Mootz and Netty Glesener, performances from saxophones under the direction of Anaïs Lorentz, clarinets/reeds trio led by Stéphanie Pochet and the trumpet ensemble under the direction of Roman Zaremba and mini music classes and music appreciation led by Katrin Trierweiler and Isabelle Toussaint.

The Harmonie municipale Rollingergrund will also be organising a refreshment bar with snacks and musical awakening workshops for 3-7 year-olds, as well as an interactive quiz and donkey walks for the children throughout the day.

Participation in the Concert am Bambësch is free and does not require registration. Appropriate clothing and footwear for the weather are recommended. The path is not suitable for people using wheelchairs. Access is found via the Biergerkräiz carpark and the Bridel roundabout and from the national road between the Bambësch carpark and the Biergerkräiz carpark.
