Wednesday 29 June 2016 will mark the last RIFF workshop of the year, the inaugural World Village edition.
This special event will be open to all of the Luxembourg public looking to discover the diversity of the world in a relaxing and entertaining environment. The programme will feature a Battle of the Bands, world music and dances, food, workshops, children and sports activities, art pieces and their makers, associations and exchange.
Volunteers, new arrivals, long-standing Luxembourg residents, refugees, artists, non-profit organisations and communited projects in the Grand Duchy have come together to create the event, which is open and free for everyone. Visitors can expect a world sound-wave, traditional Syrian and Luxembourgish food and dances from around the world. All will be performed live and sometimes simultaneously.
