The 26 March 2017 marked the penultimate matchday of the Interregional Luxembourg Waterpolo Championship, which took place at the "Sportif René Hartmann" in Dudelange.
The first match of the day pitted SSV Trier and the Fédération Luxembourgeoise de Natation et de Sauvetage (FLNS) against one another. Unfortunately, SSV won 13:7 against local team, with eight goals being scored by the opposing team’s Dirk Selbach.
In the second match of the day the CN Diekirch played against the SV08 Saarbrücken. Diekirch dominated the game until the third quarter, when the Saarbrücken team then turned the game and with 11:12.
The tenth and final matchday will be held on Sunday 2 April in Longwy, France, in which SSV Trier and the Longwy hosts will play against each other.
