The Ville de Luxembourg’s Educational Entertainment and Leisure Centre (CAPEL) is organising its traditional “Aktioun Bambësch” afternoons at Bambusch for children aged 5 to 12 who live in the capital during the Christmas and New Year period on four different dates.

Registration is now open and will close Thursday 30 October, so parents are urged to sign their children up and specify the day(s) that their children will attend – 29, 30, 31 December and/or 2 January 2015.

Participation is free, as well as transport, which will be provided through special AVL shuttles, taking the children directly to Bambusch.

The initiative, which has been running for more than forty years, offers children the opportunity to participate and engage in leisure activities within a group setting, discovering new games and learning whilst having fun, during the school holidays.

Young chaperones from the CAPEL, with specific youth education backgrounds, will accompany the children and guide them during these fun-filled afternoons.

The registration form and more detailed information is available on www.capel.lu.
