From 07:00 on Saturday 5 to 20:00 on Sunday 6 September 2015, final repair work involving the milling off of the surface course on Avenue Guillaume will be taking place in the City Centre.

On Saturday, the milling work will be performed on Avenue Guillaume at its intersection with Avenue du X, but the avenue will be accessible to residents, suppliers and their customers.

The following day, work on asphalt and markings will be carried out between 04:00 and 12:00 on Avenue du X where it joins Avenue Guillaume, and this will be continued on Avenue Guillaume until 20:00. Access to adjacent streets such as Rue Lemire, Rue de Bragance, Rue d'Orange, Rue de Crécy and Rue Albert 1er will be restricted according to construction needs.

Certain bus lines will subsequently be redirected along different routes. From 05:00 until 12:00 on Sunday 6 September, lines 5 and 6 will be diverted both ways towards Avenue Gaston Diderich and Boulevard de Verdun, missing out stops 'Crécy', 'Franciscan' and 'Merl-Parc'. These stops will be replaced by 'Clinique Sacré-Coeur' on Avenue Gaston Diderich and a temporary stop on the corner of Avenue X Septembre and Boulevard de Verdun.

From 04:00 until 12:00 on the same Sunday, bus number 215 will not stop at 'Luxembourg-St. Hubert', 'Laang Heck', 'Orval', 'Place de France', 'Merl-Parc', Luxembourg-Bragance' and 'Guillaume', and will instead take Rue de Merl and the new Route d'Esch.

After 12:00, bus number 215  will not stop at 'Luxembourg-Bragance', 'Guillaume' and 'Rheinsheim'.
