From Saturday 1 April, the City Shopping Bus, a free shuttle bus linking the Glacis car park with Rue Beaumont, will have its circuit extended on Saturdays and Sundays at the Sunday opening of shops. On these days, the City Shopping Bus will also serve the Forum Royal, Hällepull, Cathedral and Kasinosgaass stops.

The City Shopping Bus will operate according to the following schedule:

Saturdays from 08:30 to 18:30 and Sundays from 13:30 to 18:30 and following the new extended itinerary.

Mondays from 13:30 to 18:30; Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 10:30 to 18:30, and; Wednesdays from 08:30 to 18:30, all following the usual "short" itinerary.

As with last year, the Schuman and Stade car parks will be free every Saturday and Sunday (except during the Schueberfouer), as will the Glacis car park. In addition to the City Shopping Bus, the Schuman and Glacis car parks, which are close to the Pescatore stop, are regularly serviced by city buses, enabling visitors to easily reach the city centre by public transport.

Please note that the Stade (lines 22 and 28) and Bouillon (line 1) car parks will be served at a rate of one bus every 10 minutes on Saturdays and Sundays. The lines in question will serve the district of the Railway Station as well as the Ville-Haute.

These measures are in response to a request from the Trade Union of the City of Luxembourg to improve the accessibility of the city centre and in general to increase the attractiveness of the capital.
