Luxembourg Minister of Foreign and European Affairs, Jean Asselborn, will be in Brussels tomorrow 3 September to participate in the Conference of Ambassadors of the European Union (EU).
Minister Asselborn will attend the annual conference at the behest of the High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Federica Mogherini.
Each year, the Conference assembles all EU delegations heads and special representatives, as well as the heads of military and civil missions, in order to allow stakeholders to examine recent developments in international political events and exchange views on the EU's global role.
The Minister will intervene in the discussion on 'Dealing with New Threats and Challenges', alongside Latvian Minister ofr Foreign Affairs, Edgars Rinkevics.
