At the invitation of Professor Klaus Schwab, founder and president of the World Economic Forum, Luxembourg's Prime Minister and Minister of State, Xavier Bettel, will visit the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, from Tuesday 17 to Thursday 19 January 2017.

The forum will allow Prime Minister of Luxembourg to meet decision-makers from the economic, political and social spheres and to promote the economic attractiveness of Luxembourg.

A series of bilateral meetings are planned with business leaders, representatives of civil society, political decision-makers and journalists.

At the forum, Xavier Bettel will participate in a round table on space technology partnerships and a conference entitled "Responsive and Responsible Leadership in a Multipolar World". The Prime Minister will also preside over a luncheon with young decision-makers and business leaders. The discussions will focus on the opportunities and challenges posed by digitization for entrepreneurs of the future.
