Officer Sworn Into Luxembourg Army

On Friday 7 July 2017, Patrick Heck, Director of Defense, swore in a new officer to the Luxembourg army.

The officer has attended the Army Officer Training Courses at the Royal Military Academy in Brussels (150th All Arms) from August 2010 to July 2015. He received a Master's Degree in Social Sciences And military.

The officer then followed the following training courses from August 2015 to June 2016:

1. "GZ1150 Own Force Protection - Pillar 1" at the Competence Centre of the Earth Component in Arlon, Belgium;

2. "GI1211 Force Protection - Pillar 2" at the Competence Centre of the Earth Component in Arlon, Belgium;

3. "GR1211 FPS RECCE - Pillar 3" in the ISTAR battalion in Heverlee, Belgium.
