Luxembourg Minister for Cooperation and Humanitarian Action, Romain Schneider, will take part in the Family Planning Summit to be held in London on 11 July 2017.
The Minister will attend the Family Planning Summit tomorrow, which has been organised by UKaid, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and the United Nations Fund for (UNFPA) in collaboration with Family Planning 2020.
With the health of women and girls among the priorities of the Luxembourg Cooperation, the Minister will take this opportunity to confirm Luxembourg's political support for sexual and reproductive health and rights and the right of women and girls to decide themselves.
He will also confirm the disbursement of the financial contribution of €2,000,000 to UNFPA announced at the International Conference "She Decides - Global Fundraising Initiative" in March 2017.
