The Criminal Investigation Department of Diekirch has asked for help from the public in connection with a collision between a telehandler and a passenger train that took place last night.
At around 21:00 on Thursday 2 July 2015, a telescopic loader and a passenger train collided on the railway line between Kautenbach and Ettelbrück.
Diekirch Police have requested members of the public come forward with any information regarding a telehandler in the Ettelbrück area between 20:00 and 21:35, or possible suspects seen near farms in the Ettelbrück, Warken or Burden districts last night.
Those with possible information are invited to contect the Criminal Investigastion Department of Diekirch at 4997-8800.
